Don't even bother calling Blood's if you have a small catering need. I spoke to Mike Blood about a rental for a Monday night and he just wasn't willing to help me rent a table, chairs & linens. I asked if I could pay a fee for a delivery and was quoted $500- sounds fair, right? I've used them in the past and usually I work with Brandon, who is very nice and especially helpful. The message that just came my way was unless you want to spend big money on a big event, don't call us- it's just not worth our time. All he convinced me of was- I'm not sending ANY big money your way when the time comes for baptisms, birthdays, parties, graduations, etc.

Great place to pick yourself up some nice lobsters! They also have other types of seafood. We got three lobsters then brought them home to cook but for a fee they can also cook them for you.

Bloods did an amazing job working with us on our small dinner party. The organizers were very competent, prompt, and an absolute pleasure to work with. From top management to staff, waiters, caterers, and deliverymen, every single person was very professional and extremely friendly. The food was absolutely delicious and the decor beautiful. We received so many compliments on the dinner, and I'm absolutely sure it wouldn't have gone half as well without their help. Can't thank them enough for their splendid work. Seriously, top-rate. Don't think you can go wrong with Bloods!

Overall their tents are pretty good, for the value they did everything to expectations, a little hard to get calls back sometimes but otherwise they did everything we asked of them, no complaint on the quality. I would give them 4 stars, except one thing that just put a damper on the whole experience. Apparently their was a few hundred dollars extra charges on our bill after the party was over. We had no idea. You would think, by knowing our family well and just spending several thousand dollars with them, a simple email, or phone call to let us know there was a balance due and we would have payed it over the phone. Instead, 2 months later and completely unexpected- I get a threatening collections letter from them stating i have a few days to pay OR ELSE. Mind you before this, we have zero emails, my father in law has zero emails, zero phone calls, just a really aggressive- lawyer invoking letter- as the only notice that we owed a small balance. We payed it immediately but It really pissed me off to be threatened like that and ruined my experience with them. If they just called or emailed before hand they would have received payment. In their mind the invoice had been outstanding, in my mind how the hell would we know unless we were told.. seems like they couldn't make payroll or something and hit send collections letters to their whole outstanding database Tip for bloods- to avoid ruining referrals, work on your communication :)

From the first step in, I was guided with educated professionalism. I was shown my options and was given suggestions. I enjoyed seeing some examples of table arrangements on display. I didn't realize how many options I had! I really loved everything I rented. I appreciated their flexibility every time I changed my mind. Everything was delivered and picked up as planned. Would highly recommend!

Blood's used to sell lobsters, but they no longer do anymore, which is a shame. When I called to order some, they said that they no longer provide this service but didn't provide an explanation. I'm assuming it's due to the high cost.
